01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the nogat88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and nogat88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

nogat88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of nogat88 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nogat88 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or collect winnings under any circumstances.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from nogat88 or had your account permanently closed for breach of these terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of nogat88, including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on nogat88. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposits.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nogat88 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or at support@nogat88.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety and responsible gaming, nogat88 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: National ID Card (NID), passport, bank statement, or proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash account). Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nogat88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your nogat88 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. nogat88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending verification or returned to the originating account.

Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

nogat88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our automated fraud detection systems. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the review process. 05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. nogat88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, and to decline to award a bonus to any player who is found to be in breach of these terms or the specific promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to play for entertainment — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended. nogat88 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.

Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award, as specified in each offer) will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players on nogat88, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Cheating and Collusion: Any attempt to cheat, collude with other players, or manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market by any means.
• Automated Betting Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game without genuine human input.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors must report them to support immediately; failure to do so and any gains derived from such exploitation may result in account suspension.
• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegally obtained funds or for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 in doing so.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward nogat88 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an unofficial odds aggregation service, running a betting syndicate through a single account, or reselling platform access to third parties.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the nogat88 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, animations, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, databases, audio, video, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of nogat88 or its licensed third-party content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any platform content in any medium.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or game engine.

• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.
• Use the nogat88 name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, advertising, or commercial material without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may infringe applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, exposing the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

nogat88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Suspected or confirmed use of multiple accounts.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee as permitted by applicable law).

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@nogat88. Upon receiving your request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration selected.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to access the platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Any bonus funds, free bet credits, or promotional rewards that have not been converted to withdrawable funds by the time of closure will be forfeited.

09 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of nogat88 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. In the event of a dispute between you and nogat88, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

nogat88 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. If you believe a game outcome, bet settlement, or financial transaction has been handled incorrectly, please contact support with the relevant transaction ID, game round ID, or bet reference number, and our team will investigate and respond within five business days.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
